The purpose of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to define the Services, responsibilities of both the Service Provider (SP) and the Customer, the methods Service delivery, the process of problem resolution, and the scope of the different levels of Support.
Please note the SLA documents on this website, pertain to Network Box systems sold under Annual Service arrangements, and are strictly for Hong Kong only. Network Box systems sold internationally, as part of various rental schemes, or various third party agreements, will be under different service level agreements.
